Both fish oil and krill oil can relieve high cholesterol, high blood pressure and heart disease.
The big difference between Omega Q Plus and krill oil seems to be that Omega Q Plus is formulated to contain other fine products like CoQ10, L–Carnitine and vitamins E and B, all of which have added health benefits on top of the benefits of either krill oil or the calamarine that substitutes for fish oil in Omega Q Plus.
